Stake ETH, $SHELL or a Robinhood stock token. Every 10 seconds one lane draws a winner, weighted by how much you staked and how long it has been there. No hashing, no GPUs, no farms: a phone with $100 has the same odds per dollar as anyone. Unstake any time, keep your stake. The winner pays a small claim fee and the contract draws the tortoise from the hash of the slot.

What the contract does
A fresh stake has zero weight and grows every second. Nobody can buy a slot in the same block they see the seed.
Each batch of slots is armed against the next L2 block. Its hash resolves the draw one block later, through ArbSys.
The winner's clock restarts, so a whale cannot win every slot; everyone else keeps ageing.
A winner has 30 minutes to pay the claim fee. If the fee is above what a tortoise is worth, supply throttles itself.
20% treasury, 60% buys $SHELL for staked tortoises, 20% ETH streamed to staked tortoises.
